How to apply
You can apply to the National Civil Service in Italy and abroad, following publication of a formal tender by the National Office for Civil Service calling for volunteers to be deployed in the projects of the National Civil Service for the year 2019-2020.
In order to apply, please upload your documentation onto the Domande on Line (DOL) platform, available for PC, tablet and smartphone at the link: https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it.
Application deadline: 10th of October 2019, 14.00 CEST.
To participate in this call, you need to fulfil the following essential criteria:
• Be aged between 18 and 29 years (on the date of the request - 28 years and 364 days)
• Be legally resident in Italy (Italian citizens and permanently-resident foreign citizens)
• Be without convictions
After selecting your project of interest, read the website of the relevant association, which contains the description of the project’s key features.
Prospective volunteers have to upload their application onto the ‘Domande on Line’ (DOL) platform, available for PC, tablet and smartphone at the link https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it. Applications have to be sent by 14.00, on the 10th of October 2019.
In order to access the pages to fill in and send your application on DOL, you need to be registered onto the system. In order to do so, you must:
• Italian citizens living in Italy or abroad, and citizens of extra-European nations permanently residing in Italy can access it exclusively via SPID, the Public Digital Identity System. The website of the National Agency for Digital Italy contains all information on what SPID is, what services it offers, and how you can obtain one.
• Citizens of European Union nations other than Italy, and citizens of Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein who cannot obtain a SPID, as well as non-EU citizens waiting for their permanent residency, can access the DOL platform after requesting relevant credentials from the Department, following the procedure described on the platform’s homepage.
